Assembly

Certain products on our website come in pieces or flat pack where assembly is needed. We offer a professional assembly service for the fee stated on the specific product page. Assembly work can only be done at the time of delivery and does not include any rubbish removal from the customer home. If we are unable to assemble at the time of delivery we will provide an alternate time for you. (Sydney Metro area only)

Delivery and Assembly

Delivery

We charge area specific delivery rates based on shipping distance from our distribution warehouse. Your postcode will determine the delivery charge. In general they are as follows:

$40 per delivery to Liverpool, Fairfield, Campbelltown and Bankstown areas

$70 per delivery to all other Sydney Metro areas.

For all other outer areas and interstate deliveries please contact us for a competitive quote.

Insurance of $50 is recommended only for country NSW and interstate deliveries. Please advise us if you want to take out this optional insurance in the additional note section. Please note there is no cover for lost or damaged items with no insurance.

We have a fleet of dedicated vehicles and drivers who specialise in the handling and delivery of your purchases, once you have booked in your delivery date our driver will contact you on the day of the delivery, confirming your delivery as well as providing an approximate 3 hour delivery window timeframe.

Our standard delivery fee includes delivery and placement of you order into the room of choice without unreasonable effort or where easy ground floor access is available. Difficult access will consume more time to carry out the delivery and will therefore be subject to additional charges.

Please note that, although we charge and agree to deliver your purchase, we can only do so with reasonable access and only when it is deemed to be safe. It is your responsibility to ensure goods purchased will fit into your home and access is sufficient to allow for delivery, consider passsageways, doorways, driveways and stairways. Please note that we cannot cancel or refund you order if you have measured incorrectly.

Assembly

Fabric Protection

To protect your fabric sofa and to ensure that it looks good for many years to come it is advisable to have fabric protection applied (unless the fabric has a specific note not to apply it). The other exceptions are fabrics that have an inherent stain resistency, where the fabric protection has been applied to the yarns of the fabric before it was woven.
